Remember when school let out for the summer? Remember the feeling of freedom, possibility, and endless play stretching out before you? No homework. No schedule. It felt like we had all the time in the world for simple pleasures like climbing trees, floating sticks and leaves down streams, jumping waves, and playing with friends.

As adults, many of us long to reconnect with that feeling of freedom. Yet somewhere along the way, we became weighed down by obligations, expectations, and responsibilities. Join me on Zoom for Summer Freedom, a powerful 3-hour experiential online workshop where we will use Family Constellations to help uncover and release hidden entanglements that may be keeping you stuck in old, limiting patterns.

Together, we’ll explore the unconscious dynamics that shape our lives and block the natural flow of love across generations. Through guided experiential exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to experience greater ease, connection, and possibility. I’ll also facilitate an exercise designed to help everyone reconnect with that sense of joy, lightness, and freedom we felt as kids.
