Shipping Policy

Intangible (Digital) Goods

Delivery of digital goods occurs automatically upon completion of purchase. Digital products are delivered to the email address used at checkout.

Please check all folders in your email account (including spam, junk, and promotions) to ensure receipt. If you cannot locate your purchase, please contact us.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to change your appointment time, you may reschedule once at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of both the session and the one-time complimentary rescheduling.

Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

All sessions begin promptly. If you are running late or unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Terms for Private Sessions

Coaching and Family Constellations sessions provided by John Harold Moore are intended for spiritual and personal growth and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

You agree to the following:

  • You will not use information provided during sessions as a replacement for medical or professional advice.

  • You will seek a licensed professional for any medical, psychological, or psychiatric concerns.

  • All information provided during sessions is for personal growth purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

  • You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating in any session, you agree to:

  • Accept full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being

  • Release and discharge John Harold Moore and all associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from your participation

  • Waive any right to bring legal action related to services provided

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless John Harold Moore from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your actions or participation.

Confidentiality & Testimonials

  • All session information is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

  • Feedback may be used as testimonials using first name and general location only (city/state or country), without revealing sensitive details.

  • Anonymous session insights may be shared for educational or inspirational purposes without identifying you.

Email Communications

By booking a session or subscribing, you agree to receive occasional emails, including newsletters, updates, and special offers.

You may unsubscribe at any time.

Refund Policy

Digital Products & Courses

All purchases of workshops, classes, downloadable content, ebooks, and courses are non-refundable once payment is completed.

Private Appointments

All coaching and Family Constellations sessions are non-refundable once booked.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable and non-transferable

In exceptional circumstances, you may contact us to discuss options.

Expiration of Services

  • Single sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase or will be forfeited

  • Coaching packages must be used within the following timeframes:

    • 4-week package: within 4 months

    • 8-week package: within 8 months

    • 12-week package: within 12 months

Unused sessions beyond these timeframes are forfeited without refund.

Third-Party Services

This website may use third-party platforms (including payment processors, scheduling tools, and email services).

We are not responsible for transactions, errors, or issues that occur on third-party platforms.

Disclaimer of Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from coaching or sessions. Individual results will vary based on personal participation, readiness, and external factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, John Harold Moore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services.
