More Things in Heaven and Earth
"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.” This famous quote from Shakespeare’s Hamlet is spot on forwhat is being explored in a podcast called The Telepathy Tapes.If you are reading this email, chances are you’ve already heard about this podcast. It’s causing quite a buzz in spiritual circles and beyond.
If it hasn't come across your radar yet, now it has. The Telepathy Tapes podcast documents parents and teachers discovering the extraordinary abilities of their children and students diagnosed with severe autism. These children may be nonverbal, but they can communicate in a way that most people think is impossible…mind to mind.
But that’s not the only remarkable topic discussed in this paradigm-shifting podcast. It also touches upon precognition, spirituality, and the very nature of consciousness. Each of the 10 episodes goes deeper into “the profound interconnectedness that ties us all together” and the expansive power of love. I found the final two episodes to be in complete alignment with my favorite spiritual teaching, A Course in Miracles. The stories in this podcast strongly support the idea that separation is an illusion. As a longtime ACIM student, I have no doubt this kind of cognition and communication is possible. In fact, over the last 12 years, I have witnessed similar phenomena while facilitating Family Constellations.
That being said, these ideas weren’t too much of a stretch for me, but I love that they are being tested and validated in the scientific community, despite tremendous pushback from doctors and scientists stuck in the old paradigm of Newtonian Physics. If, like me, you are interested in Quantum Physics and the intersection of science and spirituality, you will truly enjoy this podcast.
Even if you are not particularly drawn to those topics, the hopeful stories of joining and healing are a welcome reprieve from the stories of division and hate prevalent in the news cycle.
